Shareholders Meeting

The Shareholders Meeting of SACE (Cdp Group) will be held on 28 September 2016 to approve the transfer of 76% of SIMEST's shares from Cassa depositi e prestiti to SACE.

The transaction was approved by the SACE Board of Directors on 20 September 2016.
