Within the framework of the initiative “Programma 2i per l’Impresa” promoted by CdP, SACE and EIF (EIB Group) – which provides Italian SMEs with resources from the Juncker Plan to support their internationalization and innovation projects – SACE and Credito Valtellinese (Creval) granted a credit line of 1 million Euro to support the innovation and international growth of the Lucca-based company Gambini.

The loan – issued by Creval, guaranteed by SACE and counter-guaranteed by the EIF*– will enable the company to invest in research and development for patents to replace machinery and increase production process efficiency. The purpose of such investments is to achieve, through innovation, expansion into foreign markets (Europe, China and the United States).
