Michele De Capitani is the new Chief Financial Officer of SACE

Michele De Capitani has been named Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Manager at SACE (Gruppo CDP).

 

De Capitani has significant international financial experience with banks and multinationals. After serving in positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric, in Italy and abroad, he directed planning and control activities at Fineco Group and Capitalia before joining UniCredit Group as Planning and Control Officer in Germany, CEO of UniCredit Bank Ireland, and most recently as CFO of UniCredit Bank Russia.

 

De Capitani has taken over from Roberto Taricco, effective March 1st. He reports directly to the CEO and is tasked with the financial management of the company, as well as developing and coordinating the budgeting and management control processes.

 

The Board of Directors of SACE wishes to thank Taricco for his work and his important contribution to the development of the company over the past 12 years.
