Environmental and Social Impact Assessment availability for the Nigeria LNG Train 7 Project
SACE has received an application for the Nigeria LNG Train 7 Project, which includes construction and operation of a complete train, a common liquefaction unit, a new LNG jetty, utilities, loading facilities and tie-in with the existing 6-train plant on Bonny Island, in Nigeria. The project requires also the construction of a "New Worker Village" to accommodate construction workers and the redevelopments of parts of the existing camp facilities.
SACE is carrying on the environmental review of this project on the basis of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) provided by the project company. SACE makes it available without any comment or implied endorsement.
