We have adopted a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Gender Equality Policy and a DE&I Strategy to ensure equal opportunities and value diversity. Through our Gender Policy, which complies with UNI PdR 125/2022, we have formalized our commitment to equality.

In terms of safety, the Group has adopted an Integrated Environment, Health, and Safety Policy and a Management System certified UNI EN ISO 45001:2023, involving all companies in the Group.
