SACE, push letter with Estithmar Holding

On the occasion of the state visit of the Emir of Qatar, H.H. Sheikh Tamin Bin Hamad Al Thani, SACE, the Italian insurance financial group fully owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, signed a push letter with Estithmar Holding, the Qatari public listed company operating in strategic sectors including healthcare, services, real estate, touristic ventures, and specialized contracting.

The push letter aims to support Estithmar Holding's growth plans as well as facilitating the exports of Italian companies, with a particular focus on the Constructions and Healthcare sectors, in the framework of SACE's Push Strategy.

In this context, SACE will guarantee a €150 million facility to Estithmar Holding - SACE's first Push Strategy facility in Qatar - against the commitment to create business matching opportunities with Italian companies in the respective sectors of interest.
