ST&A covers a number of areas such as: the principles for an efficient workflow organization, tools and strategies to successfully market products and services, the establishment of well-functioning distribution channels techniques, pre-claim recovery, risk assessment procedures and early warning systems.
A desk review of existing procedures and cases can be carried out from experts with a different background, so as to cover all the relevant aspects of the selected issues and then specific sessions can be designed within the training to discuss SACE’s views and inputs.
