Each course can address all the selected topics by adopting a gradual approach and may be complemented by on-the-job training activities. This allows each participant to assimilate more sophisticated concepts starting from basic ones, and gradually consolidate and deepen existing knowledge.
Your staff could be assigned to work with a SACE’s senior specialist dealing with operational issues (e.g., credit risk assessment of real operations) and directly participate in all the various operational phases of a real operation (e.g. assessment of the credit risk, definition of the rating of the borrower, pricing of the operation, etc.). Key aspects of the process and/or operation could be discussed and analyzed with the support of case studies as needed.
